FxPlug Plug-ins won't load in Final Cut Express 4

First, delete the following 3 files:

Macintosh HD/Library/Frameworks/FxPlug.framework
Macintosh HD/Library/Frameworks/ProFX.framework
Macintosh HD/Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework

Then, uninstall/reinstall the plug-in software.

Lastly, download and install Plugin Manager 1.7.3 from Apple here:

    Sorry but this does not work for me. Tried installing the Optical Stabilizer plug-in onto an iMac24 with latest OS and Final Cut Express 4. I can't see the plug-in extracted file anywhere either... only the Boris language pack upgrade...
