-5009 error

You may get the following error running an install:

error (-5009: 0x8002802b) has occurred while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other
applications.

Solution:

Navigate to "c:\program files\common files\" In the common files folder locate the Installshield folder. Rename the installshield folder by placing an "x" in front of the name.

Run the installer again and it should work.
